Our standard shipping time is 5-7 working days which doesn't include Sundays and Public holidays.

We use all the reputed courier companies like: Delhivery, DTDC, Speedpost etc. and your packets will be sent through any of the aforementioned couriers depending upon the availability and timely delivery.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances of the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customers , or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Once we handover the packages to the courier partner it is out of our control and we cannot help you. If your packet has been delivered and you can't find it OR your packet is delayed please call the said courier company whichever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down.

If your order is returned back to us due to incorrect address or non availability of the customer, the packet will be resent only if you pay shipping charges again, OR if you wish for a refund in that case shipping charges will be deducted ( if we are the bearer or you are).
